We want your solid gold ideas...AND WE’LL PAY FOR THEM!
We want to encourage McCarthy-Bush Corporation employees to speak up and be heard in the workplace. The Mining for Gold program is your opportunity to help solve a problem, produce higher quality products/services, provide cost or time savings – and GET REWARDED FOR IT!
How the Program Works

Once a year, one Mother Lode winner will be selected to win an expense paid vacation to a destination of their choice (up to $6,000 or cash payout equivalent)!
