Community Engagement

Growing Together: A dedication to our community

McCarthy-Bush is committed to Growing Together and that includes the growth of the communities where we work and live. As a fifth-generation owned family organization, we have philanthropic roots dating back to 1897. We take a social responsibility to build our communities through engagement, volunteerism, and monetary philanthropic contributions.

Employee Volunteers

We encourage our employees to get involved and make an impact on the community, but we know finding time outside of typical work hours is sometimes difficult. This is why we extend 16 hours of paid time off per year to eligible employees so they can give back their time and talents during a time when other important life commitments do not interfere.

The full volunteer time off policy, including eligibility details and request off process, is available by clicking here. It can also be found on our employee HR software, Bamboo.
